Texas Partners Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced financial professional to join our team. In the position of Human Resources Clerk, you will be responsible for:
Comprehensive Administrative/ Clerical support and assists with day-to-day operations for the Human Resources Department .
Prepares correspondence, forms and reports, arranges meetings, composes regular correspondence, processes confidential reports and documents, files electronically and hard copies, tracks deadlines and maintains department calendars.
Oversees and maintains application process within ApplicantStack software and associated tasks.
Assists in pre-employment activities such as contacting prospective applicants, processing employment applications, administers simulation testing and scores tests given to candidates, reference and background checks, and preparation of offer letters and employment handbooks and training materials.
Assists with developing and coordinating employee training, events, benefit open enrollments and scheduling.

The professional we seek will possess:
Advanced computer software skills to include MS Applications, Adobe Acrobat, HTML coding, and internet software
Demonstrated skills in appropriately handling sensitive information and communicating effectively with a broad spectrum of personnel, from vendors to executives
Associate’s degree (AA) plus 1-3 years of administrative assistant/department assistant or department coordinator experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility reflecting increasing levels of responsibility (additional experience can off-set the educational requirement; additional education welcome)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and Saturdays when necessary
